News that state revenue in July failed to meet rosy budget projections may not surprise anyone outside of Sacramento, including students attending our own Cypress College. Community colleges like Cypress face another tuition hike if the state fails to bring in at least $3 billion of the $4 billion in higher revenue by December 15. [...]
