This report is from the Seal Beach Police Department.
At approximately 2:30 p.m. today, the Seal Beach Police Department was notified of a robbery which had just occurred. The caller reported she had just been robbed at gunpoint by a male assailant. She reported that she was approached in the parking lot of the Sprouts Farmers Market by the male who demanded jewelry. The suspect brandished a weapon and took the property, leaving the victim uninjured.
The male suspect walked to an awaiting vehicle and entered the passenger seat. The vehicle then fled in an unknown direction. The vehicle was described as an unknown make and model and being silver or gray in color.
The suspect is described as: Male, Hispanic, early 20s and wearing a white t-shirt, jeans and a baseball cap.
The second suspect (driver) is described as being male.
