According to our friends at Rossmoor Predator Management Team, “Vons has announced that they will collect customer donations at their Seal Beach Pavilions, located at 1101 Pacific Coast Highway, on Saturday and Sunday to assist the families of the eight Seal Beach residents that lost their lives in Wednesday’s shooting. The company has also pledged to match customer donations up to $25,000. All funds will go the Bay City Victims Fund and will be equally distributed among the eight families to assist with funeral expenses and other necessities.”

(Emphasis added.)

This information was confirmed with customer service at the Seal Beach Pavilions.

UPDATE:

Our thoughts and prayers go out to the families of all the victims of the Salon Meritage shooting. Most especially, thoughts and prayers are extended to Michelle Fournier’s son, who will live with this nightmare for the rest of his life.

We have been asked by our readers why OC Breeze has not published articles to ‘humanize’ the victims.

OC Breeze deeply desires to tell the stories of each of the victims. If you would like to contribute to building up a life story on the record for each of the Salon Meritage victims, please email our editor, Shelley Henderson.
