The Cypress School District Board approved accepting the following gifts at it’s regular meeting on November 10:
- kindergarten playground equipment, including two stick horses and a slide, from Mr. and Mrs. Mark Kohorn to Morris School;
- kindergarten playground equipment, including scooters and basketball hoop, from Mr. and Mrs. Ryan Harrington to Morris School;
- $100 from Stacia Kato to Vessels School;
- $290.24 from Kroger/Ralphs Grocery community donation program to Luther School;
- $250 from Boeing Company matching funds program to Luther School; and
- miscellaneous backpacks, underwear, sweats, and shorts from Cypress Children’s Advocacy Council to Morris School.
Cypress School Board policy requires that all gifts to either the District or an individual school be approved by the School Board.
