LAUSD Board accepts donations for schools

Los Alamitos School District

The Los Alamitos Unified School District Board of Education accepted the following donations at it’s regular meeting on December 13:

  • $28,000.00 from J.H. McGaugh PTA for McGaugh Elementary School
  • $4,000.00 from Project SEEK, Inc. for McGaugh Elementary School
  • $807.68 from Wells Fargo Community Support Campaign for Lee Elementary School
  • $2,730.25 from Friends of Los Alamitos Elementary School Club for Los Alamitos Elementary School
  • $50.00 from the Law Office of Janet E. Dockstader for Hopkins Elementary School
  • $18,000.00 from McAuliffe Middle School PTA for McAuliffe Middle School
  • $400.00 from Santo Bugarin for Lee Elementary School
  • $3,000.00 from Friends of Rossmoor School for Rossmoor Elementary School
  • $15.00 from Edison International for Los Alamitos Elementary School
  • $20.00 from Laura Baratta for Laurel High School
  • $500.00 from Gene and Ruth Simonson for Lee Elementary School
  • $212.52 (combined total) from Edison International for Rossmoor Elementary School
  • $1,000.00 for two Office Depot gift cards and two Barnes & Noble gift cards from Mr. and Mrs. Pincek for McGaugh Elementary School
  • Three X120e ThinkPads from Mike Vitiello for Laurel High School
  • 2 iMac computers, two Microsoft Office Suite, and one printer from Dr. Jack Chen for Hopkinson Elementary School
