Oxford Academy girl’s varsity basketball drops in national rankings

According to MaxPreps, as of today the Oxford Academy Patriots girl’s varsity basketball team (0-9-0, -39.1 rating) is ranked 17104 nationally, 1247 in the state, 219 in state division four, 479 in California’s Southern Section and 43 in Division 4A.

In its most recent game, a non-conference match-up against the Orange Panthers on Dec. 20, the Patriots beat the Panthers 44-3 on the Panthers’ home court.

The first game of the new calendar year will be at home against the St. Margaret Tartans on Saturday, Jan. 7. Two days later, the Patriots will play at home at Brethren Christian.
