OC Animal Care changes service phone numbers

The following information was released by the City of Cypress.

OC Animal Care recently transitioned to a new phone system. Due to the transition, some service numbers have changed. The main phone for OC Animal Care remained the same (714) 935-6848. The new phone numbers to call for:

  • Barking Dog Complaints: 714-796-6460
  • Animal Bite Reports: 714-796-6421

OC Animal Care offers quick and easy online dog licensing at https://petadoption.ocpetinfo.com/WebLicensing/. Licenses can also be purchased in-person at OC Animal Care, by mail to Attn: Licensing, 561 The City Drive South, Orange, CA 92868 or online at www.ocpetinfo.com. A current rabies vaccination is required to license a pet. For more information regarding the phone number changes, or OC Animal Care Services, please contact OC Animal Care at 714-796-6428.
