SUSPICIOUS SUBJECT – 3:15 a.m. – 10000 block of Walnut St. - Caller is advising that he observed a male subject near his vehicle five minutes ago. The caller confronted him and he left eastbound on Walnut. Caller is advising that he realized that the subject has taken items from his porch. Loss is two pairs of shoes. Petty theft confirmed. Report taken.
SUSPICIOUS OCCUPIED VEHICLE – 5:14 p.m. – 3500 block of Howard Ave. – The caller states the police is looking for the subject. A red Thunderbird is possibly associated with the subject. The subject used to live on Green Ave. but was evicted. The subject is getting ready to pull out. Two subjects in custody. Both subjects arrested for check fraud, with additional charges of identity theft, conspiracy to defraud, and forgery.

ROBBERY – 12:54 p.m. – 10000 block of Los Alamitos Blvd. – Incident in progress. No weapons seen. Suspects ran out behind the store into the neighborhood. Suspects being chased by a manager. Last seen in the area of US Bank. The caller is now stating that the suspects battered an employee and took shoes. The caller tried to stop the suspect and then the suspects hit him. The suspects still have the loss in their possession. Confirmed robbery, with a loss of two pairs of shoes. Report taken.
DISTURBANCE (Subject) – 8:52 p.m. – 11000 block of Los Alamitos Blvd. – Juvenile attempted to steal alcohol and the caller has that subject detained. The friend that was with the subject is refusing to leave. The theft subject in custody is cooperative and in the back. The subject creating the disturbance is still inside the store and refusing to leave. No prosecution desired. Juveniles were released to their parents and management told them not to return to the store. Counseled.

DISTURBANCE (Subject) – 12:39 a.m. – 10000 block of Los Alamitos Blvd. – Caller following her 18-year-old son through the alley to the rear of the business. He is in a verbal disturbance with his girlfriend who is also at the location. The argument is over the female possibly cheating. Unit out with all three. Verbal disturbance only between the boyfriend and girlfriend. Mother asked the girlfriend to leave, boyfriend followed. All parties counseled. Girlfriend had been drinking, picked up by a sober driver.
911 HANGUP – 10:21 p.m. – 12000 block of Paseo Bonita - Possible disturbance in the background. Busy on callback. Caller back on line. Caller in a disturbance with her daughter – states both verbal and physical. The caller states her daughter shoved her. No weapons, drugs, or alcohol. Disturbance over the caller throwing her grandson’s belongings outside the residence. The daughter is retrieving them from in front of the residence. Both subjects counseled.

SUSPICIOUS SUBJECT – 12:13 a.m. – 3600 block of Toland Ave. - Female subject pounding on a black SUB and a red Pathfinder parked across from the caller’s residence. Unknown if either of the vehicles is occupied – she possibly had a cell phone in her hand. Unit out with both vehicles, unable to locate the subject. Suspicious circumstances, no damage to the vehicles. Out with the female at Toland and Fenley. Subject arrested for public intoxication.
TRAFFIC COLLISION – 1:58 p.m. – 3700 block of Katella Ave. – Minivan hit a pole. Paramedics dispatched. Elderly female driver. Continue medics for head injury. OCFA at the location. Tow truck requested. OCFA advising Southern California Edison regarding downed pole. Report taken.

COUNSELING – 10:12 a.m. – 3200 block of Katella Ave. - The reporting party is concerned that his estranged wife is going to contact the police with false stories of assault so that he will be arrested. Counseled.
COUNSELING – 8:55 p.m. – 3700 block of Katella Ave. - Regarding the caller’s 29-year-old sister who was harassing the caller while in the hospital. The caller may also want to file a report against her sister for taking her property.

CREDIT CARD FRAUD REPORT – 10:15 a.m. – 11000 block of Barbi Ln. - Incident occurred in December of 2011. An unknown suspect attempted to apply for credit under the caller’s name – occurred on numerous occasions. The caller already has fraud alert through credit bureaus. Received two letters saying he was declined for credit. Log item issued. No report desired.
PATROL CHECK – 7:31 p.m. – Howard/Noel - White “monster truck” with all of his halogen lights on – top roof lights, bottom lights, and regular lights on, but it’s too bright and can cause a hazard. Unable to locate.

SUSPICIOUS SUBJECT – 4:51 a.m. – Ball/Kaylor – Male subject wearing a purple robe walking eastbound on Ball at Kaylor. The caller was concerned because of the way the subject is dressed. The subject is watching the vehicles pass. The caller was originally concerned the subject was going to jump off the bridge into the flood control channel. The subject now laying down in the north side of the street east of Kaylor on the sidewalk. Out with the subject. Transported the subject to Noel in Cypress. The subject had a verbal fight with his wife about their kids and went for a walk to think. Counseled.
DISTURBANCE (Subject) – 10:31 p.m. – 10000 block of Los Alamitos Blvd. – Female sitting in a vehicle, smoking and playing loud music. Several complaints from other tenants. The vehicle is now unoccupied. The caller spoke with the subject and stated that she was talking on the phone loudly. She was advised by staff to go back to her room for the night and she complied.
