The following information was released by the Cypress Festival Association.

In keeping with its tradition of community involvement, UnitedHealthcare will be a platinum sponsor for the 2012 Cypress Festival.

UnitedHealthcare’s support serves as a shining example to other local businesses, organizations and individuals who are looking for a way to step up and become involved. Sponsorships are available at many levels, from Diamond ($25,000) and Emerald ($10,000) down to Silver ($750) and Patron ($300).

UnitedHealthcare, headquartered at 5701 Katella Ave. in Cypress, is an operating division of UnitedHealth Group, the largest single health carrier in the United States. The company’s commitment to its surrounding community can be seen not only in its platinum sponsorship of the Cypress Festival but also in such other activities as Easter baskets donated by its employees to the Boys and Girls Club of Cypress.

Sponsorship opportunities are still available for other businesses, organizations, and individuals interested in supporting the Cypress Festival. More information about becoming a sponsor, and a downloadable sponsorship application, are available on the Cypress Festival website at www.cypressfestival.com. Click on “Sponsors” in the main menu, located in the lefthand sidebar.

Festival Sponsors are promoted throughout the year using social media and the Festival website. The deadline for print media Sponsor listings is May 18th. Interested parties may receive information by phone at 714-886-9749.
