The following information was released by the Los Alamitos High School Lacrosse boosters.
Just as they dominated in the regular season, the Lady Griffins at Los Alamitos High School can now add another dominant chapter to the story of their latest championship season.
Keaton Otake, Julie Crowell and Haley Fessenden have been honored as US Lacrosse All-Americans, earning three of the six selections for Orange County. The announcement adds to an impressive list for the girls with Otake and Crowell already earning All-Sunset League first team honors and Fessenden earning second team honors just a few short weeks ago.
Otake is currently a senior and moving on to new challenges, but the Griffins already have the makings of another championship season for next year, with Crowell returning as a senior and Fessenden returning as a junior.
Editor’s note: this is confirmed by U.S. Lacrosse. Others named from Orange County:
Adrienne Anderson, Santa Margarita Catholic High School
Alison Scharkey, Esperanza High School
Ashley Eickhoff, El Dorado High School
