OC Sanitation and Water Districts to hold community open house

Orange County Water District, Orange County Sanitation District, open house

The following information was released by the Orange County Sanitation District.

The Orange County Sanitation District (OCSD) and Orange County Water District (OCWD) will jointly hold a community open house on Saturday, July 28, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Those who attend will be able to tour the OCSD wastewater plant and learn more about the OCWD groundwater replenishment system.

There will be games, music, raffle prizes, food, tours and more.

Plus the Fountain Valley Police Department will also be on site collecting expired and unused medication.

The Orange County Water District is located at 18700 Ward St. and the Sanitation District at 10844 Ellis Ave., both in Fountain Valley.

The open house may be entered through either location.
