June 28, 2012

KEEP THE PEACE – 12:20 a.m. – 6200 block of Lincoln Ave. – There is a female in the room that the caller does not want there. The peace was kept and the female was escorted off the property and advised regarding trespassing.
TRESPASSING – 12:58 a.m. – 6200 block of Lincoln Ave. - The caller thinks that the female returned to the room after the officers left. A male and a female subject were arrested for possession of counterfeit bills and fictitious checks.

June 29, 2012

SUSPICIOUS PERSON – 2:36 p.m. – 6200 block of Rosemary Dr. - A male subject is hiding in the caller’s front and side yard. The subject told the caller he was hiding from a white vehicle. He hopped over the wall from a neighbor’s residence into her yard. The subject was arrested for possession of methamphetamine.
BRANDISHING A WEAPON – 10:08 p.m. – Ball/Walker - A man with a gun in a disturbance involving a vehicle and two motorcycles. Tow truck requested. Two motorcycles impounded. One subject arrested for DUI and assault.

June 30, 2012

FOUND PROPERTY – 10:25 a.m. – 5800 block of Orange Ave. – The caller found a bag with containing a local paper, a badge, and a knife, in the shrubs in the front yard. Report taken.
CRIMINAL THREATS REPORT – 1:12 p.m. – 4400 block of Lincoln Ave. - A male subject threatened to shoot the caller’s father. The incident occurred five to ten minutes ago, and the subject made a threat yesterday to another friend stating he was going to come “packing” and shoot anyone who gets in his face. The subject was located and the incident was determined to be unfounded.

July 1, 2012

PETTY THEFT – 5:37 p.m. – 9400 block of Denni - Ducks were stolen from the park. The suspect now has five ducks, and the wife is still in the car parked at the corner of Denni and Orange. The ducks that have been stolen are in a box left by the lake. Out with the subject and no crime. The subject was trying to prevent the ducklings from getting hit. They are being taken to the bird sanctuary in Huntington Beach.
ASSIST OUTSIDE AGENCY – 8:32 p.m. – 5000 block of Citation Ave. – A male broke his ankle because he was mad at another subject at the residence. The subject kicked a dog house. A disturbance can be heard inside of the residence. Two males are out front and one appears to be under the influence. The fire department is at the location. No crime. Assisted.

July 2, 2012

COUNSELING – 10:43 a.m. – 5300 block of Orange Ave. - Counseling requested regarding an incident that occurred with the rental of a child’s movie. The caller checked out Sleeping Beauty from the city library. Approximately halfway through the video, an adult movie begins playing with her children in the room. The caller was advised to contact the library for further. Counseled.
DISTURBANCE (Fight) – 11:29 p.m. – Katella/Meridian – Parties separated. Male versus female. The female subject was arrested for domestic battery after striking her boyfriend of only six months with a stick and her fists. No visible injuries were sustained by either party and no complaint of pain.

July 3, 2012

BOMB THREAT – 11:09 a.m. – 6500 block of Katella Ave. – The threat came from the online customer service chat and states “We have planted a bomb in the main building. You have 24 hours to ship 4000 pairs of shoes to Englewood High School or the building goes up in flames.” The high school is in Jacksonville, Florida, and the suspect IP address is in Atlanta, Georgia. An officer conducted a walk-through with management. Report taken. Interior and exterior check okay.
TRANSIENT – 3:37 p.m. – Ball/Bloomfield - A subject is on the corner begging for money. The officer made contact with the subject and found that his sign has all kinds of slogans and blurps but none of them mention money or donations. He checks okay for now.

July 4, 2012

FIREWORKS – 9:09 p.m. – Cerritos/Valley View – Subject were throwing fireworks at vehicles. Party advised and will comply.
EXTRA PATROL CHECKS – 11:22 p.m. – Undisclosed Location - The caller’s vehicle was burglarized in Hawaiian Gardens today, and the caller is fearful that the suspects may return to the residence. The caller requests frequent extra patrol checks for the next week.
