Cypress author Manny Pacheco to speak on how writers can promote their own books

California Writers Club of Long Beach invites the public to hear Cypress resident Manny Pacheco, author of a series of books on Forgotten Hollywood, speak on “Seven Steps to Self-Promotion of Books.”

The talk will take place at the Los Altos Branch Library, 5614 Britton Dr. in Long Beach (one block east of Bellflower Blvd. and one block south of Stearns St.).

Editor’s note: readers from OCB Country can take Katella Ave. west across the 605 Freeway to Bellflower Blvd., turn left (south) at Bellflower, cross Stearns and turn left (east) on Britton Dr.

Free parking is available behind Bristol Farms.

Writers of all genres, both published and aspiring, are invited to attend.

The meeting is free.
