PETTY THEFT REPORT – 10:48 a.m. – 11600 block of Guam Ci. – A gardener in the area observed a suspect take tools out of the back of his unlocked and opened truck. The loss is $700 worth of power tools. Report taken.
SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES – 1:37 p.m. – 9200 block of Valley View St. - A male subject dressed as a female, wearing a blonde wig in a ponytail set the alarm off. The subject was carrying a white bag, possible loss from the book store. The alarm at the bookstore went off when the subject exited the store with the items. Property was recovered. Log number issued per request of campus safety. Limited suspect information, and unable to confirm any loss at this time.

VANDALISM REPORT – 6:45 p.m. – 10500 block of Hester - Regarding a broken window that occurred Wednesday night, no report desired, no suspect information. The caller just wanted a log entry. She was counseled regarding home security measures.
PEDESTRIAN CHECK – 11:24 p.m. – 5700 block of Lincoln Ave. - Two male subjects were contacted. One subject was arrested for three outstanding warrants.

DISTURBANCE – 5:07 a.m. – 8500 block of Belmont – Disturbance between the caller and her roommate. The caller advises that her roommate brought home two intoxicated prostitutes. All are outside in front of the location smoking and being loud. Party advised and will comply.
PATROL CHECK – 10:45 a.m. – 9300 block of Valley View St. – Ongoing problem with subjects having garage sales every weekend. The caller is also upset that the residents advertise on Craigslist that they are selling vehicles at the location. Requesting officer patrol check and confirm there is a garage sale going on. The caller was advised to follow up with code enforcement. The subject was cited for a violation of the Cypress Municipal Code.

UNKNOWN TROUBLE – 12:22 p.m. – 5400 block of Katella Ave. - A female subject is screaming and throwing herself on the floor in the center section of the store. Family or friends are trying to control her. Two people are controlling her by sitting on her. One subject has blood on him, possibly on bite. Paramedics requested for the bite. The female left the area.
ASSIST OUTSIDE AGENCY – 3:09 p.m. – Undisclosed location – OCFA Station 91 came out on a fire alarm and they activated the burglar alarm while checking for a fire. The building is resecured, no fire or burglar. Assisted.

COUNSELING – 11:58 a.m. – 5700 block of Lime Ave. - The caller is receiving obscene text messages from an unknown subject. She believes he may be a stalker. Counseled.
PATROL CHECK – 11:57 p.m. – An unknown subject keeps ringing the caller’s doorbell. She has also seen a suspicious vehicle parked in front of the next door neighbor’s residence. She also saw two male subject walking down the street, holding a traffic cone. Officers were unable to locate the subjects.

DISTURBANCE (Subject) – 12:23 p.m. – 6800 block of Katella Ave. - A male subject is accusing the caller of stealing from him and refuses to leave the store. The subject is verbally disruptive and saying he is going to stay and disrupt the caller’s business. Assisted.
ASSIST OUTSIDE AGENCY – 5:39 p.m. – Harbor/Broadway – Anaheim south of Lincoln, subjects running and throwing rocks. Running southbound on Anaheim on the east side of the street. Southeast through the grass area through City Hall, coming out through 42nd Street. Units requested with lights and sirens to Anaheim and Broadway. Subjects throwing items at citizens. Unlawful assembly declared. Officers have intelligence that the subjects are headed southbound to Disneyland. They are chasing after cars. The crowd has filled up water bottles with gasoline at Anaheim and Broadway. The gas station has stopped selling gas.

ROBBERY – 11:19 a.m. – 9000 block of Denni St. - Two female subjects made entry into the caller’s residence while she was in the restroom and took her purse. The point of entry was an unlocked front door. The caller was home alone and has never seen the subjects before. The subjects did not take the purse, but went through it and took some things, but the caller did not know what they took. Residential burglary confirmed. Report taken.
KEEP THE PEACE – 3:18 p.m. – 5200 block of Belle Ave. - Subjects have moved into the caller’s vacant property and changed the locks. The house was found to be empty. THe caller is changing the locks and desires no further assistance.
