The following information was released by Grampaw Pettibone Squadron.

Grampaw Pettibone Squadron, a nonprofit group that educates members and the public on national defense and supports active and reserve military professionals, will be holding a luncheon meeting on Thursday, Dec. 13, at the Garden Grove Elks Lodge (11551 Trask Ave. in Garden Grove), at 11:30 am.

The speaker will be Chief Warrant Officer Richard Santa Maria, who will talk about flying the Boeing CH-47D Chinook helicopter in 2012 Afghanistan with B Company 7/158th Aviation Battalion United States Army.
