The dry and windy conditions inland will create an increased wildfire danger. A Red Flag Warning is in effect from Sunday afternoon through Tuesday afternoon.

For Wednesday night through Thursday night: a cold low-pressure center will drift southeast over the region with rain and mountain snow showers. Snow could fall as low as 3000 feet. Strong and gusty westerly winds, freezing temperatures, and slick roads may make travel in the mountains hazardous.
