Assemblyman Allen seeking nominations for District Woman of the Year

The following information was released by the office of Assemblyman Travis Allen (R-CAD-72).

Every year, to celebrate March as Women’s Month, each member of the Assembly honors a woman as the district’s Woman of the Year. Assemblyman Allen is currently accepting nominees for this year’s 72nd Assembly District Woman of the Year. If you know someone who is deserving of this honor, please email me with her information and the reason you are nominating her.

The only requirements are:

  • Female who lives in the 72nd California Assembly District (see map)
  • Community involvement and accomplishments worthy of such an award.

Please forward your nominees to the address below by Monday, March 4, including a bio, picture (if possible), and reasons for your nomination.
