Brian Lochrie, from the Orange County Stormwater Program, will be the guest speaker at the Chamber of Commerce Networking Breakfast March 12 at the Residence Inn by Marriott (4931 Katella Avenue, Los Alamitos) at 7:30 a.m.

Lochrie has been a communications consultant with the Orange County Stormwater Program for the past 10 years.  The water pollution prevention program is administered by the County of Orange in partnership with all 34 Orange County cities.
