Now in its fifth year, the World Series of Beach Volleyball has become the largest ever all-encompassing beach volleyball event in the history of the United States, featuring thousands of professional, junior and amateur tournaments and matches where US Olympians Kerri Walsh Jennings, April Ross and Phil Dalhausser will face off against the best teams from around the world.
What’s New in ’17
For the first time, WSOBV will debut a new “Cup” format, giving spectators in the main stadium the chance to see the best professional teams from the United States matched against top teams from around the world. The format will ensure a USA / international matchup in the finals. Matches will be broadcast on ESPN.

Tickets will go on sale in May, with prices ranging for general admission and court-side seats.
The event will feature a week-long sports and lifestyle festival celebrating all things beach, including an open competition for the public, music, a special kids-focused day and a celebrity beach volleyball tournament hosted by NFL legend Terrell Owens.
