Suspicious Circumstances – 5:03 a.m. – 8000 block of Yorktown Pl. – The caller stated that he noticed that he received a video that someone was walking around his house at 4 a.m. It was unknown where they came from.
Hit & Run Report – 6:04 p.m. – 5000 block of Orangethorpe Ave. – The suspect driver was an older female. Report taken.

Business Check – 7:19 p.m. – Centerpointe Dr. – A generator was reportedly beginning to smoke and make loud noises. OCFA responded and Edison was also en route.
Suspicious Subject – 4:06 p.m. – 5400 block of La Palma Ave. – A male subject was reportedly bleeding from the arm and was wandering around the parking lot. Police were unable to locate the subject.
April 9, 2017
Transient – 10:13 a.m. – Santa Margarita/Devon – A transient was reportedly going through trash. The subject was issued a bus pass. Party advised and will comply.
Disturbance (Party) – 9:45 p.m. – 5100 block of Bransford Dr. – The caller reported a very loud party across from the caller. The homeowner was advised and turned down the music. The party had just ended.

Burglary – 9:04 a.m. – 7600 block of Black Star Ln. – The caller stated that he heard bangs. A K-9 was requested. Units from other departments also responded. Police made entry. Burglary report taken.
Suspicious Subject – 9:24 p.m. – 7900 block of Walker St. – A female subject wearing a sweatsuit was reportedly throwing glass at cars and the caller. Police were unable to locate the subject. It was determined that the subject threw grass and not glass. There was no damage and no crime.
April 11, 2017
Disturbance (Subject) – 9:41 a.m. – 5400 block of La Palma Ave. – A female subject with a pink blanket reportedly urinated to the rear of the business and was attempting to disrobe in the trash area. Party advised and will comply. Field Interview card taken.
Hit & Run – 10:50 p.m. – Orangethorpe/Walker – Police checked the area for a dark blue vehicle last seen headed northbound on Walker St. Police located the vehicle, and when they attempted to make contact with the driver, he ran into the house. The subject came back out again and was arrested for misdemeanor DUI.

Patrol Check – 2:55 p.m. – La Palma/Valley View – A black Mercedes was reportedly going westbound between Walker and Valley View on La Palma, and the caller believed that the subject was possibly smoking drugs in the vehicle. Police located the vehicle parked in front of a residence. There was no answer at the door, and no evidence of drug use inside the vehicle, which was legally parked.
Suspicious Vehicle – 11:16 p.m. – Walker/Fresca – After responding to a report of a suspicious occupied vehicle, police arrested a male subject for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of controlled substances.

Suspicious Subject – 10:58 a.m. – Walker/Houston – A female subject reportedly came out of the caller’s bushes. The caller was not sure if the subject did anything. One subject arrested on a misdemeanor bench warrant.
Public Works Information – 7:44 p.m. – La Palma Ave./Denni St. – A resident reported that the light on La Palma was on red longer than usual. He was very upset due to many notifications to the city and nothing had been done. The resident stated that he stood by for fifteen minutes and saw several vehicles take the red light. Police observed the light turn green about three times with normal timing. Checked okay.

Illegally Parked Vehicle – 10:28 a.m. – 7300 block of Bourbon Ln. – A vehicle had reportedly been parked in front of the caller’s residence for two days. The caller and her neighbor didn’t recognize the vehicle to the area. The vehicle was marked for 72 hours.
Counseling – 8:33 p.m. – 7792 Walker St. (La Palma Police Department) – A female stated that she was being followed by a cult of FBI. Counseled.
April 15, 2017
Assist Other Department – 4:41 p.m. – 7800 block of Comstock Cir. – Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department requested contact with the registered owner of a vehicle to see if they knew where their vehicle was. It was determined that the vehicle was for the registered owner’s aunt and located the person driving the vehicle that day.
Missing Adult – 4:52 p.m. – 8200 block of El Pescador Ln. – The caller’s father was supposed to fly in from overseas that day. The plane landed at the airport, and the caller’s sister was not able to find him.
April 16, 2017
Burglary – 1:53 p.m. – 5100 block of Stratford Cir. – A subject came over the wall and was in the house. Police arrested a male subject for burglary and confiscated two safes.
Pedestrian Check – 11:47 p.m. – 8400 block of Moody St. – A male subject was arrested for a bench warrant and possession of controlled substances.
