On Saturday, February 10, 2018, Earth Friendly Products® hosted the first stop on D-Rep. John Sarbanes’ (MD 3rd District) nationwide tour promoting his “By The People” reform agenda. The largest U.S. maker of green laundry detergent, who has achieved the unprecedented “trifecta” of sustainable manufacturing: carbon neutrality, water neutrality, and Zero Waste Platinum certification hosted a sustainable luncheon in their Cypress, CA headquarters where attendees discussed smart campaign finance policies and solutions to address threat to the environmental threats. Guests included: D-Rep. Alan Lowenthal (CA 47th District), David Levine, President & Co-Founder of the American Sustainable Business Council, William Bridge, COO of Global Green USA, as well as representatives from The American Cancer Society, The Wyland Foundation, Autism Hope Alliance, Orange County Coastkeeper, and Grades of Green.
Earth Friendly Products was selected by Sarbanes because of its 50-year leadership in sustainable manufacturing and its efforts in legislative reform for chemical safety and ingredient transparency.
