Second Chance Orange County announces a fun and exciting fundraising event on Saturday, September 22th called, “More Second Chances.” Major Underwriting support from FARMERS & MERCHANTS BANK FOUNDATION, PACIFIC PREMIER BANK, AND BANC OF CAL ensures 100% of the evening’s proceeds will go directly to programs to help low-income adults who are either HOMELESS or recovering from DRUG/ALCOHOL ADDICTION get the individualized help required to re-enter society and become productive members.
Deb Johnson, Executive Director, stated, “We fill a void in the system, by taking referrals from a strong group of partner organizations. Then we train, coach and place individuals with a large list of obstacles in jobs. Thus, allowing them to become successful, and in many cases we help in their success in finding housing.”
