Hail By Citizen – 8:41 a.m. – 10900 block of Yamaha Wy. – The reporting party reported a vehicle burglary that occurred in the parking lot sometime during the night. No forced entry was observed. The loss was approximately $4600 in work equipment and two beach cruiser. There was no surveillance and no suspect information.
Patrol Check – 6:31 p.m. – Undisclosed location – The caller was concerned regarding a possible illegal massage parlor. The caller advised numerous male subjects were entering the location and felt it was suspicious.

Disturbance (Subjects) – 12:44 a.m. – 5700 block of Orange Ave. – Subjects were reportedly standing around vehicles in the parking lot, playing loud music. Party advised and will comply.
Hazard – 8:27 a.m. – 4500 block of Avenida Grenada – The caller was reportedly walking to the park in the fog and tripped over an extension cord running from the bathroom to a vehicle in the parking lot. Party advised and will comply.

Petty Theft Report – 12:27 p.m. – 8200 block of Peppertree Ln. – The caller reportedly left her vehicle unlocked and someone took her gift cards. No report desired. Log item issued.
Public Works Information – 1:12 p.m. – 5700 block of Orange Ave. – An employee reported that someone had defecated on the floor in the women’s restroom. It was covered with cardboard but it needed to be cleaned up. Public Works notified.

Hit and Run – 8:40 a.m. – Walker/Saint Ann – The caller reportedly witnessed a commercial truck hit a tree, causing a branch to break. The truck left. The caller was sure the driver of the truck was aware that he hit the tree, as the collision made a loud noise and the vehicle got caught in the tree for a brief moment. Public Works requested for the branch in lanes of traffic.
Found Property – 10:12 a.m. – 5275 Orange Ave. (Cypress City Hall) – A suspicious paper sack was located hanging on the Council Chamber doors. It was determined that the bag contained several unaddressed flyers related to a ballot measure. No crime. The items were disposed of as trash.

Welfare Check – 6:25 a.m. – Walker/Delong – A female subject in a nightgown was reportedly trying to flag down passersby. Assisted.
Disturbance – 9:35 a.m. – 5200 block of Orange Ave. – A loud yoga class was reportedly interrupting a meeting at City Hall. It was requested that they quiet down or move. Party advised and will comply.

Theft Report – 4:00 p.m. – 9400 block of Sycamore Ln. – The reporting party reported purchasing $400 worth of Disneyland tickets through Offer Up, and the tickets were not valid. The reporting party requested police documentation to assist with recovering the money via Offer Up. Log item issued.
Drunk in Public – 4:00 p.m. – 5100 block of Orange Ave. – A subject reportedly appeared intoxicated and smelled of alcohol. The subject was asked to leave the location. The subject was seen wobbling while walking. Police contacted the subject, who left the area.

Hazard – 1:58 p.m. – 5600 block of Camp St. – A telephone wire was reportedly hanging down in the middle of the roadway, about three feet off the ground. Assisted.
Graffiti – 2:36 p.m. – Holder/San Andres – A swastika was reportedly painted on the wall. Public Works had already painted it over. Counseled.
