November 23, 2018
Suspicious Occupied Vehicle – 6:28 p.m. – 6300 block of Ferne Ave. – Police investigated a suspicious vehicle occupied by a male subject. The vehicle was unknown to the area. Police conducted a vehicle search and arrested a subject for a no-bail parole violation warrant out of Oregon with full extradition.
Counseling – 11:13 p.m. – 6300 block of Bataan St. – The caller requested counseling regarding an ongoing problem with the female who lived next to the caller. The female was reportedly ringing the caller’s doorbell and harassing the caller. The caller wished the female to be advised regarding trespassing.
November 24, 2018
Welfare Check – 10:16 a.m. – Lincoln/Bloomfield – The caller reported a black Ford Mustang down in the flood control channel and it appeared like the driver was yelling at the caller and possibly was in need of help. Police requested a that Long Beach Police Department attempt to contact the registered owner of the vehicle. LBPD reported that the registered owner advised that her sister was supposed to have the vehicle. The subject lent the vehicle to the driver. The driver was arrested for an outstanding warrant out of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
Drunk – 1:59 p.m. – 5900 block of Orange Ave. – A female subject was reportedly drunk and refusing to leave. She tried to pay for her food with toilet paper. The subject was gone on the arrival of police.

Harassing Messages Report – 1:46 p.m. – 4000 block of Fielding Ct. – A known female subject was reportedly sending the reporting party excessive text, email, and Facebook messages over the course of the past year. Counseled.
Counseling – 7:38 p.m. – 10600 block of Maple St. – The caller requested counseling regarding an email stating that his computer was hacked.
November 27, 2018
Welfare Check – 5700 block of Lincoln Ave. – A female subject was reportedly holding a sign begging for money. She had her son sitting on the curb where vehicles pull out onto the street, and the caller was afraid that his feet were going to get run over. Police were unable to locate the subjects.
Traffic Collision – 6:15 p.m. – Cerritos/Moody – Police and Fire responded to a two-vehicle collision. Westbound traffic was diverted onto northbound Moody. Two tow trucks were requested. An AT&T pole was struck and leaning. Both vehicles were towed per the owners’ request.

Counseling – 4:57 p.m. – 9800 block of Graham St. – The reporting party believed that he was being blackmailed. An unknown subject mailed a USB drive to the reporting party that contained pictures, voice recordings, and video, and wanted money.
Battery Report – 5:35 p.m.- 5200 block of DeLong St. – A delivery person reportedly shoved the caller and pushed her door open after she refused to sign for the delivery. Report taken.

Counseling – 11:51 a.m. – 9100 block of Evergreen Dr. – The reporting party thought that someone came into the residence and stole picture frames. Counseled.
Hazard – 5:36 p.m. – Moody/Orange – A small tree was reportedly down in the street. The tree was not blocking traffic. Message left for Public Works.
