Larry Strawther, a resident of Rossmoor, is a local history buff. He writes a regular column for the print edition of Orange County Breeze, and is currently working on a follow-up to his successful history of Los Alamitos and Rossmoor. That book is available in softbound and Kindle editions, below.

Manny Pacheco, a resident of Cypress, is a voice-over artist and lover of Hollywood history. He has successfully parlayed that love into a brand, Forgotten Hollywood, and is working to produce a video.

Renée Bondi lives in San Juan Capistrano with her husband and son. A year or so before she married, she broke her neck in a bizarre accident that left her a C4 quadriplegic with no movement below her shoulders and limited use of her arms (but not her hands). A music teach, she also lost her singing voice but recovered it through the coaching of a friend who is a voice teacher. She now travels all over as an inspirational speaker and singer, selling her books and CDs in part to pay for her health care and every day help. She recently led a Mother’s Retreat at St. Irenaeus Parish in Cypress.
