Lincoln Club of Orange County endorses Irvine Mayor for District 3 OC Supervisor

The Board of Directors of the Lincoln Club of Orange County endorse Irvine Mayor Don Wagner for the Orange County Supervisor District 3 Special Election.

John Warner, Lincoln Club President said “the Club today voted to endorse Don Wagner for Supervisor. He is the strongest candidate for this critical and difficult special election, and we will marshal all our resources to help him win.”

For decades Orange County has benefited from strong leadership on the Board of Supervisors that prioritizes public safety, economic growth, and overall quality of life for families. Our county’s priorities are at risk in this election. The Board of Directors of the Lincoln Club believe that Mayor Wagner is the only candidate capable of winning that will continue to foster the county’s long history of extraordinary economic growth and opportunity while ensuring our security.

Mayor Wagner said in response to the Lincoln Club endorsement: “I thank the Lincoln Club for the honor of its endorsement and the vote of confidence in my campaign. I pledge to the members of the Lincoln Club the same thing I pledge to the residents of Orange County, that I will work every day I am privileged to serve as Supervisor to make this County a better place for us all to live, work, and raise our families.”

Founded in 1962, the Lincoln Club of Orange County is the premiere political association in Orange County. Its members are businessmen and women and professionals who are united behind the principles of limited government, free markets, and personal responsibility. For 55 years the Lincoln Club of Orange County has worked to expand freedom, opportunity, and prosperity for all.
