January 4, 2019

Counseling – 10:03 a.m. – 11000 block of Bunker Hill Dr. – The reporting party requested counseling regarding wanting to evict his roommate. The RP was recently counseled by an officer about the eviction process and how it was a civil matter. The RP took the first step and served the first notice to the subject. The RP claimed that he was being harassed by the subject but was unable to substantiate anything criminal in nature. The RP was counseled on the civil process and was advised to contact the police if he felt anything criminal occurred.
Counseling – 7:21 p.m. – 10000 block of Oak St. – The caller advised that her husband rubbed her feet too hard and she believed that he did it on purpose. The caller advised that she punched him because he rubbed her feet too much. The male subject had a pacemaker and a stint and was transported to the hospital.

January 5, 2019

Burglary Report – 4:18 p.m. – 3500 block of Cerritos Ave. – The caller reported a storage unit had been broken into. There was no loss at that time. No report was desired. A log item was issued. Bolt cutters were located and taken for possible evidence.
Disturbance (Juveniles) – 4:47 p.m. – Katella/Winners (Cypress) – Two juveniles were reportedly in the lanes of traffic, challenging passing vehicles. Police were unable to locate the subjects.

January 6, 2019

Robbery – 6:50 p.m. – 10000 block of Oak St. – The caller stated that he was robbed at gunpoint. The suspect took the RP’s cell phone and $300 cash and left in a silver Nissan Altima. Report taken.
Disturbance (Family) – 11:51 p.m. – 11000 block of Tarawa Dr. – The caller advised that her son was under the influence of methamphetamines and LSD. Police made contact and requested paramedics. The subject was cuffed and detained and transported to the hospital for a possible overdose. Report taken.

January 7, 2019

Burglary Report – 7:31 a.m. – 10000 block of Los Alamitos Blvd. – A construction worker reported the loss of power tools and lumber from the location over the weekend. Report taken.
Keep the Peace – 8:28 a.m. – 11000 block of Bunker Hill Dr. – The caller’s roommate reportedly changed the locks so the caller could not get his things. Police contacted the parties, who were in a dispute over landlord/tenant issues. The property was removed from the residence, and both parties were counseled to contact the police prior to any contact between each other.

January 8, 2019

Citizen Assist – 6:57 a.m. – 4400 block of Green Ave. – 4-5 vehicles were reportedly parked in the construction No Parking Zone. Assisted.
Petty Theft Report – 2:43 p.m. – 1000 block of Oak St. – Two car batteries was reportedly taken from a vehicle parked in the lot.

January 9, 2019

Petty Theft Report – 12:39 p.m. – 4100 block of Cerritos Ave. – A battery was reportedly taken from a vehicle between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. The loss was valued at $200. No suspect information. No report desired.
Counseling – 12:42 p.m. – 11000 block of Cherry St. – The caller requested counseling regarding possible fraud. The elderly reporting party stated that he was supposed to receive a Mercedes vehicle in the mail. The RP could not explain the circumstances regarding the vehicle purchase and delivery. The RP could not provide paperwork or explain how a crime occurred and refused to provide and family or friends’ number to the officer for contact. The RP became uncooperative with police. Police were unable to locate a contact number for family and were unable to determine a crime.

January 10, 2019

Disturbance (Subject) – 10:59 a.m. – 10000 block of Walnut St. – The caller’s wife and son reportedly were threatened by the neighbor with a stick because the caller parked in front of his residence. Police made contact with the subjects. One subject passed out, causing him and his grandmother to fall on the ground. OCFA responded and all subjects checked.
Traffic Hazard – 4:39 p.m. – 10000 block of Los Alamitos Blvd. – An elderly female was reportedly in a vehicle that was broken down in the roadway. Vehicle moved.
