Garden Grove community to learn about conserving resources through landscaping on February 27

Coastkeeper and the City of Garden Grove will host an inclusive, family-friendly, free workshop titled “SmartScape Your Home.” The SmartScape Program promotes resource-efficient landscaping that features drought-tolerant plant design, cutting-edge technology, and sustainable landscape management practices.

Coastkeeper Garden Director Marianne Hugo will lead the conversation in how to save time, money, and water at homes across Orange County.

By engaging in sustainable water practices at home, Garden Grove residents can help Orange County reduce its water demand and water waste.

This workshop will take place at the Garden Grove Community Center, 11300 Stanford Ave, Garden Grove, CA, 92840 on Wednesday, February 27 at 6:30 – 8:00 p.m.
