On Thursday, March 7 at 5:00 pm, the Cypress Library is hosting the following event:

Adulting 101 (Basic Life Skills): Healthy Eating

Learn tricks to eating well and making healthy snack choices. Suited for teens and young adults, ages 16-25. In partnership with Kaiser Permanente’s Center for Healthy Living.

Hanabi Taiko at Cypress Library

On Saturday, March 23 at 2:00 pm, the Cypress Library is hosting the following event:

Hanabi Taiko Performance –

Hanabi means fireworks in Japanese. Life is like fireworks: unexpected bursts of excitement. The Hanabi Taiko group formed like one of those bursts and hopes to bring you excitement with taiko sounds.

Learn about the Japanese American culture through this traditional art form of taiko drumming. All ages are welcome.
