Comedian Bret Ernst will headline two shows at The Rec Room in Huntington Beach on Saturday, March 16. The early show will start at 7:30 p.m. while the late show will start at 10 p.m. Tickets for both shows are on sale now.
A New Jersey native, Bret Ernst is an actor, writer and producer for numerous shows and comedic sketches. He is best known for his work on “Beer League,” “Weeds” and “CSI: NY.” Ernst was also one of four comedians featured in “Wild West Comedy Show: 30 Days and 30 Nights – Hollywood to the Heartland” alongside with Sebastian Maniscalco, Ahmed Ahmed and John Caparulo. Ernst has further appeared on “Comedy Central Presents,” “The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson,” and the 2006 MTV wrestling show, “Wrestling Society X” as a commentator. He was on the first season of “Love Games: Bad Girls Need Love Too,” and has appeared in Ke$ha’s, “Blah Blah Blah” music video. Ernst’s Comedy Central half-hour special was voted “TOP 5” of all of 2010, and his first comedy album “American Comic” broke “TOP 10” on iTunes in its first week.
This event is for ages 21 and over. Doors for the first show open at 6:30 p.m. with the show beginning at 7:30 p.m. Doors for the second show open at 9 p.m. with the show beginning at 10 p.m. Tickets for both shows are $20 presale and $30 general admission at the door.
