Long Beach Exchange continues to bolster its tenant roster with four new lifestyle and retail locations

Long Beach Exchange, East Long Beach’s premier shopping, dining and lifestyle destination, adds four new retail and lifestyle tenants to its abundant roster of local, regional and national vendors. The new tenants include The UPS Store, Navy Federal Credit Union, Deka Lash and Runners High.

“Our team has worked hard to identify the needs of the local community in East Long Beach in order to carefully curate a unique blend of retailers, eateries, entertainment and services at Long Beach Exchange,” says Steve Thorp, Partner at Burnham-Ward Properties. “It has been incredibly rewarding to see the positive reactions from the residents and employees in the area – they truly have welcomed each new tenant with open arms.”

Long Beach Exchange continues to attract both nationally-recognized and locally-owned businesses. Joining the list of nationally acclaimed companies alongside Nordstrom Rack, PetSmart and ULTA Beauty is The UPS Store. This new addition is expected to open soon and will provide LBX shoppers with a place to fulfill their printing, packing and shipping needs in a location that is convenient for travelers and Long Beach residents alike.

Further diversifying the list of tenants at Long Beach Exchange, Navy Federal Credit Union is among the new additions with the mission to serve and enrich the lives of the military community. Navy Federal Credit Union is expected to open this summer.

Long Beach Exchange continues to support local and regional business by welcoming Deka Lash and Runners High. Opening in July of 2019, Deka Lash is a family-owned beauty studio offering a wide variety of eyelash extension options. Runners High is a running and walking shoe supply store that has served Los Angeles and Orange County. The retailer is celebrating its 40th year in business and will be a valuable asset to the plethora of boutique fitness offerings at Long Beach Exchange and is opening in mid-May.
