Cypress Police respond to call of assault with a deadly weapon following road rage incident

On Thursday March 14, 2019, at 10:11 P.M., Cypress Police Department Officers responded to a call of an assault with a deadly weapon in the area of Grand Circle and Lincoln Avenue.

Upon arrival, the officers contacted the victim. The victim stated he was involved in a road rage incident in which the other party discharged an unknown type firearm. Several bullets were fired by the suspect however, the victim was not injured.

The victim described the suspect as a male Hispanic with short hair and a beard. The suspect was last seen driving a dark-colored newer model Dodge Charger or Challenger.
