On March 14th, 2019 at approximately 1:40 PM a construction worker located a deceased white, male, adult subject at the base of the flood control channel near the intersection of Bolsa Chica St. and Edinger Ave. The Seal Beach Detective Bureau and the Orange County Coroner responded to the location and took over the investigation. The cause of death has not been determined. There are no further details to provide at this time and the investigation is on-going.

Brandon Atchley was found deceased on 03/14/19 in the City of Seal Beach. Investigators are seeking information from anyone who may have had contact with Brandon between the dates of 02/11/19 and 03/14/19 and anyone who may have any information pertaining to the cause of his death. Brandon is known to frequent the cities of Garden Grove and Anaheim. Brandon Atchley is described as a white, male, 28 years old, 6’ 2”, 213 lbs., brown hair, brown eyes, and a goatee. His last known address was in the City of Yorba Linda.
