Burglary – 5:31 a.m. – 9000 block of Bloomfield Ave. – The caller caught a a male subject in her residence. He then just walked out and said he had nowhere to go tonight. Police contacted the subject, who was arrested for burglary.
Assault with a Deadly Weapon – 10:10 pm. – 90000 block of Grand Cir. – The reporting party was attempting to turn into his residence and was reportedly shot at. The reporting party advised that he saw a large black vehicle leave eastbound on Lincoln.There was a single bullet hole in the driver’s side of the victim’s vehicle. Report taken.

Assist Outside Agency – 2:28 p.m. – Valley View/Noumea – Wood chips were reportedly on fire in the center divider. Assisted.
Robbery – 4:42 p.m. – 4500 block of Lincoln Ave. – One subject was reportedly holiding another subject at gunpoint in the business. Police responded and arrested a male subject for shoplifting. The subject was cited and released.

Disturbance (Subject) – 7:41 a.m. – 6900 block of Sumner Pl. – The caller’s friend’s ex-boyfriend was at the location and appeared to be sleeping in a vehicle in the driveway. The caller’s friend left the night prior, and it was unknown why the ex-boyfriend was at the location at the time of the call. The caller said that they had a bad breakup. Police located the vehicle and arrested a male subject for possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Petty Theft – 11:12 p.m. – 4000 block of Ball Rd. – A subject reportedly left on foot while attempting to take rice cookers and various food and household products. Police contacted the subject and a positive identification was made. The value of the recovered property was $490.83. The subject was arrested.

Municipal Code Violation – 10:28 a.m. – 9300 block of Julie Beth St. – A subject was reportedly pressure washing his engine and sending all the oil down the gutter. Party advised and will comply.
Petty Theft – 4:57 p.m. – 5400 block of Katella Ave. – A male subject reportedly took $100 worth of prescription glasses. The subject was cited and released in the field.

Petty Theft Report – 8:54 a.m. – 5600 block of Lincoln Ave. – The caller’s trash can was reportedly stolen. The City told the reporting party that she needed a report before they would get her a new one. The loss was valued at $70. There was no suspect information or video. Report taken.
Property Destruction – 3:42 p.m. – 10000 block of Saint Francis Cir. – The reporting party had shotgun ammunition for destruction. Matter handled.

Petty Theft Report – 5:14 p.m.- 11500 block of Malden St. – An Amazon package valued at $25 was reportedly stolen the day before. There was no suspect information. Extra patrol checks were requested for porch pirates.
Transient – 8:26 p.m. – 10400 block of Valley View St. – Police contacted a transient in a wheelchair yelling at people. Party advised and will comply.
