March 26, 2019

Suspicious Subject – 8:20 p.m. – 5800 block of Shasta Cir. – A male subject was reportedly sitting outside of the caller’s residence. The caller did not know or recognize the subject. Police checked the area and located an unconscious subject on the sidewalk. Paramedics were requested. The subject was breathing but not responsive. Narcan was administered and the subject was transported to the hospital. Incident report taken.

March 27, 2019

Lost/Stolen Property – 9:01 a.m. – 5400 block of La Palma Ave. – A ring was possibly stolen from an office. The ring was a white gold wedding band valued at $3000. Report taken.
Transient – 2:50 p.m. – La Palma/Walker – A subject was seen panhandling and created a disturbance. A debit card was found in the subject’s possession. The subject was arrested for possession of stolen property.

March 28, 2019

Suspicious Vehicle – 7:42 a.m. – Centerpointe Dr. – A vehicle was reportedly left running with the key in the ignition. Police located the registered owner, who was waiting for AAA. Police searched the vehicle and subsequently arrested two subjects for receiving/concealing stolen property and selling/receiving an access card.
Vehicle Check – 11:28 a.m. – 5500 block of La Palma Ave. – Police conducted a vehicle check and located a benefits card that was confirmed stolen out of another jurisdiction.

March 29, 2019

Incident Report – 9:13 a.m. – 5400 block of La Palma Ave. – The caller reported an incident between a father and son. Incident report taken.
Identity Theft Report – 4:46 p.m. – 8200 block of El Pescador – A vehicle was reportedly bought in Florida under the caller’s name.

March 30, 2019

Traffic Hazard – 5:29 p.m. – Moody/Crescent – A sofa was reportedly in the road north of the intersection. It was determined that the hazard was in Cypress Police’s jurisdiction. Cypress Police was advised and would contact Cypress Public Works.
Petty Theft Report – 6:58 p.m. – 5400 block of La Palma Ave. – Customer service reportedly had a female detained. Police arrested a 42-year-old Cypress resident for petty theft. The loss was grocery items valued at about $37.

March 31, 2019

Bike Stop – 4:09 a.m. – Crescent/Santa Margarita – Following a bike stop, police arrested a 46-year-old Long Beach resident for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of controlled substances.
Vehicle Check – 9:30 a.m. – Lemonwood/Driftwood – The caller reported a suspicious vehicle that the caller believed that someone may be living inside of. The vehicle was not known to the area. Police contacted a subject, who was extremely uncooperative. Police arrested a 52-year-old subject for possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of controlled substances, and resisting/delaying/obstructing an officer.
