Battleship IOWA Museum presents Movies Under the Guns summer film series May 17 and June 21

Battleship IOWA Museum is pleased to announce the 2019 summer film series, Movies Under the Guns. Friends and family are invited to free movie screenings aboard the famed Battleship IOWA Museum, sponsored by the Pacific Battleship Center and the Port of Los Angeles, on select nights. The schedule of 2019 summer movies include Sgt. Stubby (2018), showing on Friday, May 17, and Ralph Breaks the Internet (2018) on Friday, June 21. Movies Under the Guns screenings are free to attend, open to all ages, and takes place outdoors under the summer sky on the ship’s fantail.

  • 7:30 – 10 p.m. Fantail opens at 7:30 p.m., movies begin at sundown
Movie events are FREE to attend and open to the public.
  • Limited seating is available and guests are encouraged to bring blankets and chairs to lay back and enjoy the summer season and the silver screen.
  • Concessions will be available for purchase. No other food or drink may be brought onboard.

Parking is available at the Cruise Terminal Parking Lot. Please enter at Swinford St and N. Harbor Boulevard. The first hour is free, and each additional hour is $2 with a maximum of $18 per day.
