Pali Wine Co. is gearing up for summer with new renovations and a new summer drink in their Anaheim Packing District tasting room just in time to celebrate its 2-year anniversary. To commemorate this occasion, on June 9th from 1-8pm, Pali is inviting all wine lovers to come enjoy their lineup of award-winning premium wines and also try their new wine cocktail for the summer, the Pali-Rita, while experiencing the newly updated tasting room. The anniversary event also includes food specials by Porto’s Bakery & Cafe, plus live music and giveaways.
“Our original space designed by Design Opera in LA will all remain, and our customers continue to love our architecturally impressive space. We found that our customers were moving past just a tasting and making an evening of their visit to Pali, so we wanted to create a cozier space with additional seating. To fine tune the space, we engaged an international commercial design firm called HLW who helped us re-imagine our space. We will have a ‘living room’ area, with a mix of various seating all placed on a large area rug, creating an at-home environment,” says Stacey Rosser, Partner and Marketing Director of Pali Wine Co.
Adding lots of greenery throughout the new seating areas, this space will have new wood high-top tables throughout the larger area as well as some new café-style smaller wood tables. The Anaheim specific version of the company’s mascot, “Pali Girl,” will be painted on the exterior of the building, perfect for Instagrammable selfies. The tasting room will also debut a new “barrel room” with a large communal table that will be perfect for events as well as a special VIP area for wine club members.
At this event Pali will be launching their new summer drink, the Pali-Rita. The Pali-Rita is hand-made from a Chardonnay base, blended with the juice of lemons, limes, and oranges at their winery in Lompoc and will be served on tap all summer long.
Pali will also feature an expanded Porto’s menu on June 9th, and each Porto’s food item with be paired with a glass of wine. The tasting rooms regular menu will also be available a la carte.
