Key analysis you will find in our report includes:

  • Details of the significant expansion of the California Earned Income Tax Credit (CalEITC) that will help one million Californians better pay for basic necessities.
  • What’s entailed in the package of tax changes – commonly called “conformity” – that’s expected to raise General Fund revenues.
  • What early learning opportunities and boosts to subsidized child care programs children and families can expect.
  • How new state subsidies and Medi-Cal coverage and benefits expansions seek to increase the number of Californians with health care coverage,
  • What funding increases students at community colleges, CSUs, and UCs will see on their campuses.
