Tru-Form Plastics welcomes Jaysen Rodriguez as Business Analyst/Project Estimator
Tru-Form Plastics, an InterTrade Industries Company, recently added Jaysen Rodriguez as a Business Analyst/Project Estimator at the company’s Southern California headquarters, where he will leverage his analytical skills to increase efficiencies and decrease costs.
Rodriguez has 20 years of analytics experience. Throughout his career, he has held analyst positions at Disney, Hyundai, and Office Max, where his accomplishments included generating processes and procedures to increase productivity. He received an Associate’s Degree in Business Management from Calvary College.

Lorena Trinidad joins Tru-Form Plastics as HR/Accounting Administrator
Tru-Form Plastics, an InterTrade Industries Company, has named Lorena Trinidad as HR/Accounting Administrator at the full-service custom thermoformer’s headquarters in Southern California, where she will assist with human resources tasks such as recruitment, employee benefits, and payroll as well as invoicing and accounts receivable collections.
Lorena has 25 years of industry experience, most recently serving as Office Administrator/Human Resources with TVH Parts Americas, where she was responsible for timekeeping and attendance tracking, recruiting and training, performance evaluations, and administering medical benefits. She earned an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration and Human Resources from Texas Tech University.
“Lorena is a positive, approachable individual who will provide invaluable support to employees as well as our internal operations,” said General Manager Tom Cantwell. “Her personality combined with her work ethic makes her a perfect fit for our team, and I’m pleased to welcome her onboard.”
Tru-Form Plastics names Edgar Rodriguez Production Supervisor
Full-service custom thermoformer Tru-Form Plastics, an InterTrade Industries Company, recently named Edgar Rodriguez as Production Supervisor at its Southern California headquarters, which offers extensive design, production, assembly, and distribution services. Rodriguez is a seasoned leader with 10 years of experience in plastic manufacturing.
Most recently, Rodriguez worked as a Production Supervisor at Nursery Supplies and at Pretium Packaging, a plastic bottle manufacturer, where he helped drive the company’s profitability with his problem-solving and development of team building skills that changed the culture. “If you take care of your employees, they’ll take care of you,” explains Rodriguez. “I look forward to building employees’ trust at Tru-Form Plastics as well to drive the company’s success.”
