Johnny Mathis opens the 2019-2020 Season at the Cerritos Center for the Performing Arts

Celebrating his sixth decade in the music industry, JOHNNY MATHIS returns to the Cerritos Center for the Performing Arts (CCPA) to kick off the 2019-2020 Season on Fri., September 20, 8:00 PM with THE VOICE OF ROMANCE TOUR. Tickets start at $95.

Noted by the Los Angeles Times for his “distinctive vocal tone, with its telltale quaver,” Mathis is widely celebrated for Chances Are, It’s Not for Me to Say, and Misty. The Grammy Hall of Famer delivers his classic hits, including Too Much, Too Little, Too Late and Love Never Felt So Good.

Over the course of his sterling career, Mathis has performed songs in an incredible variety of styles and categories – from music composed for stage and film to golden-era Jazz standards, contemporary Pop hits, and holiday music. He has recorded more than 80 albums, scoring 50 hits on Billboard’s Adult Contemporary Chart, and ranking as the all-time No. Six album artist in the history of Billboard’s Pop charts.
