Long Beach’s new destination retail center, 2ND & PCH, will open its doors on October 24 at 10 a.m. to kick off four days of Grand Opening festivities. Beginning with a ribbon cutting, the events will include family-friendly programming, live music, a free movie night, beer gardens, fitness activations and more.
