Garden Grove Chapman Library April 2020 events

The following fun events are coming soon to the Garden Grove Chapman Library:

Read to a Dog for kids | Wednesday, April 8th | 4-5pm

Children can read, pet, and cuddle with a gentle therapy dog. Made possible by wonderful volunteers from the OC SPCA.

Game On! | Saturday, April 11th | 2-4pm

Families will enjoy an afternoon of card games or board games at the library. Discover a new game or introduce kids to a classic. All games provided by the library. Don’t forget your library card to borrow games to play again and again!

Vietnamese Storytime | Monday, April 13th | 10-11am

Kids, ages 3 and up, will enjoy stories, songs, and rhymes in Vietnamese followed by a craftivity.

Community Craft | Thursday, April 16th | 4-5pm

Celebrate Earth Day by using recycled materials to customize your own birdfeeder! All materials provided.
This program is intended for ages 10 and up. Space is limited to 12 attendees.

Chat & Craft for Adults | Saturday, April 18th | 10:30-11:30am

Craft enthusiasts can work on projects together at the library. Bring your current craft project and work on it at the library in company of fellow crafters! All levels welcome. No registration required. This program is intended for ages 18 and up.

S.T.E.A.M. Time for kids | Wednesday, April 22nd | 3-4pm

Kids, ages 5 and up, will enjoy hands on STEAM based activities at this fun, monthly event. Earth Day Activities

LEGO Club for kids | Saturday, April 25th | 2-3pm

LEGO/Duplo bricks available for kids of all ages to build with at the library. Final creations will be displayed for 1 month.
