Wright Ford Young & Co. serve as Title Sponsor of VLI’s Lawyers for Warriors

Veterans Legal Institute (VLI) proudly announces that Wright Ford Young & Co. will serve as the Title Sponsor of Lawyers for Warriors. This annual fundraising event unites veterans, active service members, and other military supporters and advocates to help provide life-changing pro bono legal services for low-income veterans forging new opportunities and futures for themselves and their families.

This sponsorship continues Wright Ford Young and Co.’s charitable giving to the veteran community. In 2018, Wright Ford Young and Co. sponsored VLI’s American Patriots Ball, a gala honoring and celebrating veteran empowerment and was also the 2019 Lawyers for Warriors Title Sponsor. “We believe in supporting our veterans. We also believe in the importance of pro bono services to help veterans get a hand up, not a hand out. We are honored to support Veterans Legal Institute and Lawyers for Warriors,” said Jeff Myers, CPA and co-managing partner of Wright Ford Young and Co.

“We sincerely thank Wright Ford Young & Co. for their continued support of VLI,” said Antoinette Balta, VLI Executive Director and Co-Founder. “VLI was founded on a simple premise: everyone has a moral obligation to support those who sacrificed so much for our country and our freedom, particularly for those veterans who are struggling the most. Because of generous donations from companies like Wright Ford Young & Co., VLI has helped over 6,000 at-risk and homeless veterans by removing barriers to employment, housing, and healthcare. We appreciate the generous sponsorship and look forward to using those funds to continue to serve veterans in need.”

Lawyers for Warriors 2020 will take place on September 21, 2020 at 5:30 p.m. at the Center Club in Costa Mesa.
