Working Wardrobes reschedules 3rd Annual Walk in Their Shoes to Support Veterans

Originally planned for Saturday, March 28, 2020, the 3rd Annual 5K Walk, Fun Run, and Finish Line Festival to support veterans is being rescheduled to Saturday, September 12, 2020, at Lakeview Park.

This morning, Gov. Gavin Newsom joined state health officials and recommended the cancellation of gatherings of 250 or more people across the entire state, escalating the effort to slow the spread of the coronavirus.

“Out of an abundance of caution, deep respect for our community partners and belief that we must do the right thing, today Working Wardrobes decided to reschedule the Walk until Saturday, September 12, 2020, when we will honor our veterans at a time and date that accords with the National Day of Remembrance.” said CEO/Founder Jerri Rosen.
