During these extraordinary times, we must take the necessary precautions to keep our community safe as best we can. This means following guidelines from the Long Beach Health and Human Services Department so we can do our utmost to mitigate the impact of the Covid-19 global pandemic.
In the interest of ensuring our visitors’ health and safety, as well as our volunteers and staff, Rancho Los Cerritos will modify our operations effective immediately. The Visitor Center and the adobe home is closed through March 31, or until further notice. All planned events and programs have been canceled through March 31, or until further notice. However, our garden spaces will remain open to provide a place of respite and relaxation for our community.
While we will not be offering guided tours, you are welcome to explore our historic gardens. You can find more information about our gardens here: https://www.rancholoscerritos.org/gardens/. We encourage you to continue to follow the necessary safety and hygiene precautions that will help to care for your neighbors, family, and friends.
For the most up-to-date information on Covid-19, please look to these agencies:

We look forward to welcoming you back to the Rancho, and we’ll keep you posted on when we can resume normal operations. We are wishing you all good health, and we hope to see you soon.
