Garden Grove suspends street sweeping citations and water shut-offs

To provide some relief to the community facing the challenges of the coronavirus outbreak, the City of Garden Grove will immediately postpone the issuance of street sweeping parking citations and any discontinuation of water service for non-payment, through Tuesday, March 31, 2020. Late water service payments will be accepted without penalty if paid by Wednesday, April 15, 2020.

“Garden Grove wants to do what’s best for our community and lend a hand wherever we can. City and community working together is how we’re all going to get through these very difficult times,” said Garden Grove Mayor Steve Jones.

Utility payments can be made online at ggcity.org/finance/water-billing or over the phone at (888) 867-2992. Non-cash payments can be deposited in the drop-box located in front of Garden Grove City Hall, at 11222 Acacia Parkway. If necessary, customers can make in-person payments at Garden Grove City Hall.
