Orange County Fire Authority Engine 46 responded shortly after 6 p.m. to reports of smoke. Fire personnel found more than smoke.
Stanton – E46 responded to the 8300 block of Katella Av for reported smoke in the area. On scene, they found fire in the storm drain, & were also informed there was a person inside. A technical rescue response was requested. >>> pic.twitter.com/vCr3G0oCgZ
