Orange County Business Council’s BizPAC endorses Janet Nguyen for State Assembly

In the announcement President and CEO of the Orange County Business Council, Lucy Dunn issued a strong endorsement of Janet Nguyen, “Janet Nguyen has proven her leadership and strong commitment to Orange County, its residents and the business community.

“She serves as as a solid advocate of the Business Council’s key initiatives to enhance county education, increase housing supply and choices, and prepare a workforce for a global and competitive economy. Nguyen has also played an important role in promoting innovative economic development programs that will ensure Orange County continues to be the preeminent place to work, visit and raise a family.”

Janet Nguyen reacted to the endorsement stating, “I’m grateful for the support from OCBC’s BizPAC. Orange County’s economy is the envy of the world, however local businesses large and small are facing new challenges everyday with a volatile business climate
due to the COVID-19 pandemic and new legislation passing through the State Legislature. I’m committed to continue to be a strong voice for Orange County’s job creators and I look froward to working with the OCBC to protect our local economy.”

Janet Nguyen previously represented the communities of the 72nd Assembly District in the State Senate which includes the Cities of Fountain Valley, Los Alamitos, Seal Beach, Westminster, portions of Garden Grove and Huntington Beach and the unincorporated areas of Midway City and Rossmoor.

  1. Vietnamese worked a lot in nail salons, so the OC Vietnamese pushed Newsom to reopen that business. In fact, She will probably win the election in November. The Vietnamese are the working class in OC most likely to go Republican more, In fact, the Vietnamese and some Koreans, small business types will probably prevent the county from being as Democratic as San Diego.
