Anaheim’s 3rd largest employer selects Absolute’s Control solution for 30k student devices

Absolute announced that the Anaheim Union High School District – home to one of the largest school districts in the state of CA and the city’s third largest employer – selected the Absolute Control® solution for unbreakable visibility and intelligent management of their fleet of nearly 30,000 student devices.

Considering the size of the school district and the amount of students who would be receiving devices, theft deterrence was one of the main reasons for using Absolute’s software, but after the COVID-19 outbreak occurred, the district had to transition to a fully remote learning environment. This forced the district to consider comprehensive fleet visibility and control, which has allowed them to better leverage the assets they already have and respond to student needs in a timely way as they arise. Enter in Absolute Control® solution, which has given the school district the flexibility to hone the mechanics of a few different learning models – in person, fully virtual or a hybrid approach.
