The Wellness Goal

On Monday, June 15, we started a month-long challenge to achieve 1,000 minutes of wellness activities. This includes physical activities as well as things that simply improve your mental, emotional, and physical well-being. If you love gardening, journaling, meditating, etc. — we welcome you to start a log of minutes and join the challenge!
